At BodyBase, we're expanding our premium boutique fitness studio concept to Utrecht, and we're looking for an ambitious Studio Partner to help bring our newest studio to life.
This is more than a traditional fitness trainer or studio management role. As a BodyBase Studio Partner, you combine coaching, community building, and studio operations with the opportunity to become an entrepreneur.
With a smaller initial investment compared to our traditional franchise model, a competitive base salary, and performance-based profit sharing, you'll have the opportunity to help grow a boutique fitness business while benefiting directly from its success.
Your Role As A Studio Partner
As a Studio Partner in Utrecht, you're the driving force behind the daily studio experience. You'll inspire members through high-quality workouts, create a welcoming fitness community, and work closely with the BodyBase Head Office to ensure your studio thrives.
You'll combine hands-on coaching with operational responsibilities, team support, and business development, making a real impact on both the studio's performance and its community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fitness Coaching & Member Experience
- Teach 15–20 group classes per week, consistently delivering high-energy, high-quality workouts
- Attract and retain members through your personal superpower, presence, and teaching style
- Build strong relationships with members and create a welcoming, motivating studio atmosphere
- Deliver a consistent, premium member experience that makes people excited to return.
2. Community Building & Brand Ambassadorship
- Act as a visible BodyBase ambassador, both in and outside the studio
- Initiate and organise community events, social gatherings, corporate events and internal team activities
- Collaborate with the BodyBase Head Office team on marketing campaigns, partnerships, and local brand activations
- Strengthen the sense of community and belonging within the studio
3. Studio Operations &Team Support
- Support day-to-day studio operations, including:
- Scheduling and coordination of trainers,
- Supporting, reviewing and motivating the trainer team
- Ensuring the studio is clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Maintain high standards in presentation, hygiene, and service
- Bring a personal, human BodyBase touch to every detail of the studio experience
4. Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Business Growth
- Act as a key support to the Studio Manager
- Take ownership of responsibilities and grow into increased leadership over time
- Contribute ideas to improve studio performance, experience, and community engagement
