Booking system & Studios app
iDeal/Sepa payments (bank card) can ONLY be added via the website: LOGIN — BODYBASE
Creditcard payments can be added via the app.
To avoid potential delays or extra charges, please ensure your payment details are added on time and in your correct home location for your next renewal to avoid delays.
If your discount didn’t carry over during the system migration, please don’t cancel any payments through your bank or card provider — this may cause issues with your membership.
Instead, just email us at info@bodybasestudios.com.
We’ll make sure to refund any overpaid amount and adjust the rest of your billing period accordingly. We’ve got you!
The old app is now no longer functional. Please delete it from your phone/tablet to avoid any confusion when booking classes or making payments.
Please ensure to use the same email address in the new app that was registered in our old app. Otherwise your information will not be synced and this will prevent you from booking classes or purchasing renewals.
For VIP, FLEX and LITE memberships, you have the option to bring a friend as a guest 2x per month.
To register your guest, follow these simple steps:
1) click the BOOK NOW button,
2) select the option to invite guests under the Guest Pass section.
3) register your guest information
4) continue to book
You can find the option to book your free training under FREE WEIGHTS in the schedule.
Studios
BodyBase studios are located in Rotterdam (City) , Hillegersberg, and Amsterdam (de Pijp). Between these locations, there are 4 studio buildings that offer a wide range of workouts, that can be seen on their pages. Simply navigate to STUDIOS > LOCATIONS > and choose your preferred studio to find which classes they have available.
The ‘white’ studios focus more on mindful exercises that improve flexibility and target the core muscle groups. Here you can follow workouts such as Flow, Yoga and Mind Body. The ‘black’ studios offer more cardio-based workouts such as strength, cardio and hiit classes.
You can cancel your registered spot free of charge up to 8 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within 8 hours or do not show up for class, a fee will be applied since the spot has been reserved for you. We have limited spots available and in this case the spot cannot be rebooked by someone else.
Unlimited Subscriptions (VIP, Flex, Off-Peak): will be charged a €5 fine, which must be paid before booking your next class. Lite Memberships, Credit Packages, and Trials: 1 class credit will be deducted from your account.
Please note:
- If you have an unlimited subscription, you are allowed one “free” late cancellation per month. The late cancellation fee will only be charged after the second late cancellation.
- In this case, the penalty will be added to your account on the same day as the cancellation.
- In the case of a missed session (no-show), the penalty will be applied 5 days after the missed class to allow time for any corrections (e.g., incorrect check-in).
At BodyBase, we prioritize high-quality, focused classes, so we ask all participants to arrive on time. Late arrivals disrupt the flow for other participants, so please check in at least 5-10 minutes before class. Once the class starts, the doors will be locked, and late entry will not be permitted.
Please note:
- If you arrive late and miss class, you will receive a no-show penalty.
VIP and Flex members can bring up to 2 friends each month free of charge. Follow the instructions on this page to register your guest.
Please note:
- If your guest does not show up or cancels the class outside of our free cancellation period, the no show/late cancellation fee will be charged on the membership holder’s account.
- If your guest needs to cancel the class, they will be able to log in through our website or the BodyBase Studios app with the email address you provided. Once they reset their password, they will be able to cancel the class.
We offer a 15% discount for students on all membership options. To apply, please send a picture of your valid student ID along with your preferred membership and starting date to your local studio:

Please note:
- The student discount is valid for one year. To continue receiving the discount, you’ll need to provide a new, valid student ID each year.
- The student discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
- This offer does not apply to trial memberships or credit packages.
The validity of our trials and credit packages are clearly stated on our pricing page and are valid from the date of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for extending the validity of unused credits and exceptions are not possible.
For annual memberships, your subscription will automatically renew after 12 months at the most current membership rate. After renewal, your membership can be canceled on a monthly basis.
Discounted memberships are valid for the first 12 months only. After that period, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular membership rate at the time of renewal.
If you have a VIP, Lite or Off Peak membership, you may pause this membership one time for up to 1 month. In order to do this, please send an email to your studio directly at least 14 days before your requested pause date. Please mention the start and end date plus reason of pause in your email:

Please note:
- Your membership is extended by the number of days of the pause period. The pause does not replace your monthly billing, but only postpones it.
- We are unable to pause Flex memberships. In this case, you may cancel your current Flex membership and re-register for a new one once you wish to return.
In order to cancel your membership, please contact your preferred studio via email. You will receive a cancellation form which you need to fill out in order to process your request. Please note that we cannot terminate annual memberships earlier than 12 months. Our cancellation notice is 4 weeks.

When you join the waitlist, we’ll notify you via email as soon as a spot becomes available. The email will include a link where you can quickly book your spot for the class.
In case of injuries, we can arrange to pause your membership for you while you recover. This is valid for all membership types. Please contact your studio directly to arrange accordingly.

AceLine
With the AceLine, you have an abundance of options from yoga and pilates to more strenuous workouts such as HIIT and resistance training. For inspiration and guidance, you can download our On Demand app which offers an abundance of workouts.
BodyBase On Demand is our online platform which supports the AceLine machine by offering workouts for every goal, mood and level. Our superstar trainers will guide and motivate you every step of the way! New workouts are added frequently.
With the wall mount, you can secure the AceLine onto the wall so it acts like a cable/TRX machine. This is great for upper body workouts. It also saves space and storage!
Yes! One of the unique features of the AceLine is that it can easily be moved around. With wheels attached under one side of the machine, you can simply lift and move to your desired workout area. The AceLine weighs approximately 30kg.
Assembly is very simple. The AceLine arrives practically ready to go! The only thing you need to do is attach the handle bars (with the tools that come in the box!)
